Shipping
Orders placed within the United States ship via UPS Ground. US orders above $75 before tax ship free.
Orders outside the United States These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details specific to your country. Returns To start a return, kindly contact us at support@manners.institute with the subject as "Order #XXXXX - Return". If your return meets the above criteria, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label with instructions. Manners Institute reserves the right to refuse returns for items that do not fit this criteria. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, store credit will be issued for the retail cost of the item(s) purchased. Initial shipping costs are not refundable at this time.
