Shipping
Free Shipping
US orders above $75 before tax ship free. 


Orders within the United States
Orders ship within 1-2 business days of placement. A tracking number will be sent to the contact used to place the order upon shipment. 

Orders placed within the United States ship via UPS Ground. US orders above $75 before tax ship free. 

 

Orders outside the United States
Regrettably we do not ship to countries outside of the United States at this time. We are committed to serving our global community and are striving to service more regions as soon as possible. We are a small business and thank you for your patience with us as we refine our fulfillment operations. 


Returns
Free return shipping is offered within the US.

In the event that a product is not suitable, it would be our pleasure to assist with a return. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, kindly contact us at support@manners.institute with the subject as "Order #XXXXX - Return". If your return meets the above criteria, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label with instructions. Manners Institute reserves the right to refuse returns for items that do not fit this criteria. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, store credit will be issued for the retail cost of the item(s) purchased. Initial shipping costs are not refundable at this time. 

  

Exchanges 
To make an exchange, kindly follow the return instructions above and once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
